SONNY WILSON
Sonny brings over two decades of experience in combat sports and strength training, with a reputation for balancing technical precision with practical coaching. His work extends far beyond athletes—Sonny has successfully guided clients through recovery after injuries and surgeries, helping them rebuild strength, restore mobility, and return to their activities with confidence.

He has also worked with clients managing heart conditions, creating programs that improve cardiovascular health and overall fitness while respecting medical considerations. For fighters, Sonny provides comprehensive training that covers conditioning, skill development, and fight readiness—always with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and long-term performance.

What drives Sonny is seeing clients progress—whether that’s someone tightening up their footwork for competition, or someone moving pain-free again after surgery. His passion lies in helping people reclaim their physical capabilities, no matter their starting point.

KATHERINE ZAPPIA
Kat’s coaching is defined by her ability to meet people where they are and create progress, even in challenging circumstances. She has worked with clients experiencing long COVID symptoms, helping them gradually restore stamina and strength through carefully tailored programming. For those living with chronic pain—particularly low back pain—she emphasizes mobility, core stability, and functional strength, guiding clients toward less pain and more freedom in daily movement.

Kat also thrives in endurance coaching. She has provided comprehensive training for first-time marathon runners and triathletes, blending strength, mobility, and conditioning with sport-specific preparation. Her success comes from an ability to keep training balanced—challenging enough to build capacity, but thoughtful enough to prevent overtraining or setbacks.

Kat’s passion is helping clients achieve milestones they once thought out of reach, whether that’s finishing a race, living with less pain, or simply enjoying the energy that comes from consistent training.

STEPHANIE LYNCH
Steph combines over 25 years of experience as an educator with advanced training in personal fitness, corrective exercise, and nutrition. Her coaching is especially impactful in the areas of women’s health, peri/menopause, and autoimmune conditions.

She has successfully worked with clients navigating the challenges of menopause, using strength training to improve bone density, preserve muscle mass, and support long-term mobility. For clients with autoimmune conditions, Steph applies her certification in autoimmune protocol (AIP) nutrition coaching to design training and lifestyle approaches that respect energy fluctuations while still driving progress.

Steph is also highly skilled in addressing movement limitations. She has guided clients through corrective exercise programs that reduce joint pain, improve posture, and build practical strength for everyday life. Her approach is steady and supportive, rooted in helping clients establish habits that improve quality of life well beyond the gym.

Her passion lies in giving clients confidence—whether that’s confidence in their body’s capabilities, in lifting weights safely, or in finding a sustainable approach to fitness that feels good long-term.
