GROUP FITNESS
KICKBOXING
Our Muay Thai-inspired kickboxing classes are accessible to all ages, fitness levels, and experience levels - no prior training required.
KETTLEBELLS
Kettlebell training builds strength, endurance, mobility, and core stability through dynamic, full-body movements.
TRX YOGA
TRX Yoga blends traditional yoga with suspension training to support alignment, deepen stretches, and build strength and control.
BOXING
Boxing Skills 101 is designed for beginners and experienced boxers looking to sharpen technique in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.
CIRCUIT
Circuit classes rotate you through timed stations using bodyweight, weighted, and dynamic movements with minimal rest.

NUTRITION & AIP
Health is shaped by both movement and nutrition. Stephanie Lynch offers two focused coaching options to support energy, recovery, and long-term well-being.
Nutrition Coaching provides individualized guidance to build sustainable eating habits, support training, and improve daily energy without restrictive dieting.
Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Coaching is available with Stephanie, the only Certified AIP Coach in Nova Scotia. This structured nutrition and lifestyle approach helps reduce inflammation, identify food triggers, and support gut and immune health for those managing autoimmune conditions.

RECOVERY ROOM - COMING SOON!
Opening after our move to Boss Plaza, the Recovery Room in The Forge will offer steam sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy for individual and small groups (up to 3), designed to support recovery, reduce soreness, and help you train consistently. Founders pre-sale pricing is on now, and is the lowest rate available. Includes priority booking access once the space is live in our new home.

YOUTH BOXING PROGRAM
Our Youth Boxing Program is a free, mixed-gender class for ages 12–15 that uses boxing to build confidence, coordination, and athletic foundations in a safe, supportive environment. Running Saturday afternoons with coaches Kat and Gentil, athletes learn fundamentals, footwork, and movement — with no sparring and all equipment provided.
In addition to our weekly program, we are able to offer free or reduced-cost boxing workshops to schools and youth groups to help introduce boxing as a positive, skill-based sport.
