WHAT IS VEGAS NIGHT?

Vegas Night is PuncHIIT Fitness’s annual fundraising event—an evening of games, prizes, and community connection, inspired by the fun of a casino night and powered by a cause we care deeply about. We host Vegas Night to support our free Youth Boxing Program, helping make boxing accessible to local youth regardless of financial barriers. Every ticket, game, and sponsorship directly contributes to equipment, coaching, and programming that builds confidence, discipline, and belonging through sport. At its core, Vegas Night is about bringing our community together to give back, have fun, and invest in the next generation of athletes.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

We are currently seeking sponsorship for our event from individuals and local businesses. There are a range of options for you to support the Youth Boxing Program while showcasing your business at one of PuncHIIT Fitness’s most anticipated community events.

Prize Sponsor – Donate a door prize and gain event exposure.
Game Sponsor – Feature your business at a casino-style game station.
Experience Sponsor – Brand a featured experience like the photobooth, or red carpet.
Event Sponsor – Exclusive, top-tier visibility throughout the event.

PRIZE SPONSOR

We are currently seeking the donation of door prizes from local businesses valued $25 or more! These are used throughout the night as game winnings, "Best Dressed," and draws. Prize sponsorship is a simple way to give back and gain visibility with our attendees, and sponsors will have:

Business name listed on event signage under “Prize Sponsors”
Business name listed on social media thank-you post (grouped)
Verbal mention when their prize is drawn

EXPERIENCE SPONSOR

We are seeking four sponsors for Event Experiences that enhance the atmosphere of Vegas Night and support additional fundraising through attendee participation. For a $250 donation, sponsors can choose from four experiences:

Red Carpet
50/50 Draw
Photobooth
Lounge Area

And can expect:

Exclusive sponsorship of selected experience with signage “Experience presented by _____”
Verbal recognition tied to the experience during the event
Business name/logo included on event signage
One dedicated social media post featuring the experience pre-event
Inclusion in post-event thank-you post

The majority of each sponsorship goes directly toward the program fund, with a small portion supporting the execution of the sponsored experience. All additional funds raised through the experience are contributed back to the program, amplifying the overall impact of the sponsorship.

Event Sponsorship is a single, exclusive opportunity for one business or individual to play a key role in bringing Vegas Night to life. This sponsorship directly supports the execution of the event, allowing all other fundraising efforts throughout the evening to be directed entirely toward the Youth Boxing Program.

Logo featured prominently at event with option to place branded materials at entrance/welcome table

The Event Sponsorship donation is used primarily to cover event-related costs, ensuring that ticket sales, games, experiences, and on-site fundraising efforts can be fully directed toward the program fund—maximizing the overall impact of the event.
